William Lopez, ISSA and ASFA CPT
With more than 30 years’ experience in the sports and fitness industry, Bill holds personal training certifications from both the International Sports Sciences Association and American Sports and Fitness Association.
As a retired law enforcement officer from the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department in New Jersey, he’s always had a passion for helping others. That passion extends to youth as well. Bill enjoyed a 20-year career as the football coach for Don Bosco Preparatory School, a nationally recognized high school, leading the student-athletes to many state and national championships. His personal training experience includes working with many high school, collegiate and professional athletes. Bill believes fitness and training is a life-long journey; it is a marathon not a sprint.
Fun fact: Bill played a cameo role in TV’s “Lockup New Jersey” while working in law enforcement at the Bergen County’s drug rehabilitation center. The episode was called Mama’s Boy Drug.
