We kindly ask for a referral from your primary or specialty care provider to take part in our exercise treatment. The exercise prescription is integrated into your care and works in tandem with your healthcare provider’s care plan for you. You can download the form form from our site to present to your primary or specialty care provider. After receiving your referral, our team will contact you to schedule your consultation.

Athletic clothes, athleisure or comfortable clothes with closed-toed shoes are required.

Under the direction of our physician assistant, you will complete a series of tests: bioelectrical impedance, hand grip strength, functional movement, a balance screening, and metabolic test, as well as other medically necessary measures.

The exercises are strength training using weights and resistance to progressively load the body to improve functionality and quality of life. Our group classes are small enough to provide patients with individualized attention and guidance. 

We’ll follow your personalized prescription customized to your initial metrics. Our performance coaches will carefully assess, adjust, and guide your treatment dose, progressively loading the body and activating the internal pharmacy within the muscles to prompt healing physiological processes. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.  

Yes! There are a variety of offerings based on a targeted approach matching the particular needs determined by your exercise prescription. Our specially trained performance coaches provide individual attention and guidance.

Our certified performance coaches are on the floor during each session, offering individual attention and guidance.

Understanding the unique support some patients may need, we are open for spouses of patients to join.

Our registered dietitian offers nutritional guidance to discuss all of your nutrition concerns.
