My trainers have been great with simple straight forward explanation of what I need to do, how to do it correctly and make sure I am doing them right. Classes are small and it gives you that unique personal trainer experience. They work with you and are mindful not everyone is at the same pace…it’s a great experience and I will continue with them as long as I can.
